The Brain Injury Association of Tasmania (BIAT) is excited to announce the release of its 2025 Planner, a tool thoughtfully designed with and for people living with cognitive impairment and brain injury.

Following the success of the 2024 version, this planner aims to provide practical support to individuals as they navigate their daily routines, empowering them with strategies to manage tasks, set goals, and maintain self-care.

Developed in collaboration with individuals directly impacted by cognitive impairment, the 2025 Planner includes a range of features to enhance daily living.

These tools have been specifically crafted to assist users in staying organised, managing their time, and maintaining a focus on their health and well-being, with some of the main features include:

• Daily Self-Care Checklist: Encouraging regular self-care routines that promote physical and mental well-being, the checklist provides gentle reminders to incorporate essential self-care habits into everyday life.
• Monthly Budget Section: This feature helps users manage their finances with ease, ensuring a clear and organised approach to monthly budgeting.
• 30 Daily Challenges: Designed to motivate and inspire, these challenges encourage users to step outside their comfort zones and engage in activities that support personal growth and resilience.
• Tips and Strategies for Daily Living: The planner also includes useful tips for navigating the complexities of daily life with a cognitive impairment or brain injury, providing practical advice and guidance.

BIAT is proud of this resource, which reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting people with brain injury. The planner is available in two sizes to suit different needs:

  • A5 for $20.00 and
  • A4 for $28.00 (excluding shipping).

Delivery and Shipping Information

BIAT offers free delivery within and around the Hobart CBD, ensuring ease of access for local purchasers. For those living outside Hobart, shipping costs are as follows:

• $14.40 for one planner
• $18.90 for five planners

If you are interested in purchasing more than five planners, shipping will be calculated based on the total order.
